CONDITIONS FOR ACQUIRING ACCESS TO PUBLISHED WORKS

1. The editorial board of the online publication “Vestnik Vyatskogo GATU” (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) supports the policy of open access to published materials. The published articles are freely available on the official website of the Journal and in the databases in which the journal is indexed, without any financial, technical or legal restrictions for readers.

2. Registration on the Journal’s website is not required to gain access to the published materials. Access to articles in databases is determined by their terms and policies.

3. There is no charge for access to scientific works published on the pages of the Journal.

4. Readers are free to:

• view and read the full texts of articles on the journal’s website;
• download articles in PDF format;
• distribute links to published materials;
• to use the published materials for scientific and educational purposes.

5. The mandatory conditions for the use of the published materials are:

• correct indication of authorship and mandatory citation of the original source, including the author’s name, the full title of the article, the name of the journal and the publication’s output data;
• the lack of commercial goals when using the material.

6. The copyright to the articles is fully reserved by their authors. The Journal has a non-exclusive license to use the work to the extent necessary for publication and distribution.
