1. The editorial board of the online publication “Vestnik Vyatskogo GATU” does not charge authors for posting articles in the public domain, reviewing, preparing and publishing scientific works.

2. Authors are not paid royalties for published scientific works.

3. The editorial office does not provide paid services to authors.
