1. By submitting a scientific work for publication in the online publication “Vestnik Vyatskogo GATU”, the author guarantees that he has not published this material in other printed and (or) electronic publications, except for publication in the form of a preprint; the article contains all references to the cited sources provided for by the current copyright legislation; the article does not contain calls for extremism, terrorism, profanity, there is no information of limited access or constituting a state secret in the work; the article does not include materials that are not subject to publication in the open press in accordance with current regulations.

2. The authors who publish scientific articles in the journal agree with the following:

2.1. The authors retain the copyright to the work and grant the journal the right to publish the work for the first time under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial ( CC BY-NC) license, which allows the use of the work provided that authorship is indicated and commercial use is prohibited (it is prohibited to use the work for profit, for example, to create advertising, promote goods or income generation).

2.2. The authors retain the right to enter into separate contractual arrangements regarding the non-exclusive distribution of a version of a scientific work published on the journal’s website, with a link to its original publication in this journal.

2.3. The authors have the right to use a printed or electronic preprint of an unpublished scientific work. Preprints can be placed as electronic files on the author’s website or on a secure external website of the author’s employer, but not for commercial sales or systematic external distribution by a third party. The following warning should be included in the preprint: “This is a preprint of an article accepted for publication in the journal “Vestnik Vyatskogo GATU”, copyright (year)” and provide an electronic link to the journal’s website.

2.4. Authors have the right to freely copy or transfer to colleagues a copy of the published article in whole or in part for their personal or professional use, to promote academic or scientific research, or for information purposes of the employer.

2.5. The authors have the right to use materials from the published article when writing a monograph, textbook or in an extended article with mandatory reference to the original publication in the journal.

2.6. Authors have the right to use individual figures or tables and text fragments from the published article for their own learning purposes or to include them in another work (with reference to its original publication in the journal), or to submit them in electronic format on an internal (secure) computer network or on an external website of the author or his employer.

2.7. The authors have the right to use materials from the published article in the teaching process (to include in lectures, presentations, visual materials), to donate to students, or to save in electronic format on a local server to provide access to students as part of the course of study.

3. The personal data and contacts of the authors indicated in the article and posted together with the publication on the journal’s website are used exclusively for the purposes indicated by the journal, are not intended to be used for other purposes or provided to persons and organizations unrelated to the editorial and publishing activities of the online publication “Vestnik Vyatskogo GATU”.
