OPEN ACCESS POLICY FOR PUBLICATION METADATA

1. The online publication “Vestnik Vyatskogo GATU” (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) uses the Open Access model, providing free, fast and constant access to scientific materials in real time, which complies with the principles of open science and contributes to maximum accessibility and dissemination of research results.

2. Any user can read, download, copy, distribute, and print the full texts of articles without financial, legal, or technical barriers (except for barriers related to Internet access), with mandatory copyright compliance and a link to the journal.

3. The following information about each published publication (in Russian and English) is publicly available on the Journal’s website:

  • title of the article;
  • abstract;
  • keywords;
  • information about the authors (full name, academic degree, academic title, position), indicating their places of work (full name of the organization, city, country) and contact information (email address);
  • sources of funding for scientific research, based on the results of which a publication has been prepared;
  • list of cited sources;
  • unique identifiers of the work;
  • a link to the storage location of the full-text version of the article.

4. The editorial board of the Journal ensures the transfer of metadata to Russian scientometric databases for indexing and increasing the citation of articles.

5. Authors and readers of scientific articles published in the Journal are entitled to:

  • to search, view and study metadata;
  • copy, save, and distribute metadata for scientific and educational purposes;
  • use metadata to create bibliographic descriptions and references.

6. The metadata of the Journal’s publications can be freely used for non-commercial scientific and educational purposes, provided that the source and bibliographic data of a particular publication are indicated.

7. The editorial staff guarantees the completeness, accuracy and relevance of the provided metadata. All metadata is subject to editorial review before publication and posting in the public domain. 8. The editorial staff undertakes to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including regarding the processing and protection of personal data contained in metadata.
