Scientific articles on the subject of the journal are accepted throughout the year and are included in the next issue of the journal in the order of receipt. The editorial board selects the authors’ scientific works for publication on the basis of independent peer review with the involvement of specialists specialized in the topic of the scientific article who are not affiliated with the authors. If by the time the layout of the next issue is prepared, the authors’ articles have not received positive reviews from reviewers, the publication dates are postponed to future issues in agreement with the authors.
