The section «Agronomy» highlights:

– theoretical and practical bases of rational use of land, application of physical, biological and chemical methods of increasing soil fertility in order to obtain high yields of high-quality crops;

– ways and methods of targeted regulation of soil fertility using mechanical impact techniques and various types of land reclamation;

– methods, techniques and technological schemes of breeding and seed-growing processes, breeding varieties and hybrids of cultivated plants;

– theoretical and practical foundations of the rational use of fertilizers, the influence of various types, forms and doses of fertilizers on crop yields, crop quality and soil fertility;

– modern scientifically based means and methods of plant protection from diseases and pests;

– issues of increasing the efficiency and sustainability of agroecosystems.

The section «Animal science and veterinary medicine» highlights:

– patterns and mechanisms of maintaining the constancy of the internal environment of the body, physiological processes and functions of body systems and individual organs of animals, physiological mechanisms of their adaptation to various factors, behavior and reactions of the body to their action in normal, pathological conditions and experiment;

– fundamental and applied aspects of veterinary nosology and pathology, clinical veterinary medicine, methods and technologies of examination, general, laboratory and instrumental diagnostics of animal diseases;

– the effectiveness of medicines, biologically active preparations, feed additives and their combinations in various diseases, taking into account the species, age and other characteristics of animals;

– means and methods of treatment and drug prevention of infectious animal diseases, antibiotics and drug resistance of bacteria;

– biological and economic features of agricultural, hunting and service animals under various conditions of their use;

– the possibilities of using new animal species in agricultural production, including hunting;

– existing and new methods of feeding, reproduction and maintenance of agricultural and hunting animals, including in the context of various technologies for the production of livestock products in various forms of management;

– feed preparation technologies for farm animals, poultry, fur-bearing animals, etc. using modern innovative machines and equipment;

– problems of pollution of environmental objects, water, feed with chemical plant protection products, emissions from industrial enterprises (including agricultural ones), development of means and methods of rehabilitation of polluted territories and their safe use.

The section «Agroengineering» highlights:

– mechanized, automated and robotic technologies and technical facilities for the agro-industrial complex;

– methods, technologies and technical means of ensuring environmental safety, processing and disposal of agricultural waste, environmental rehabilitation processes and technologies;

– electrical and heat supply systems, electrical equipment and automated systems in the agro-industrial complex.
