MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF REGIONAL CROP YIELD UNDER CLIMATE CHANGE (BASED ON DATA FROM THE KIROV REGION)

31.03.2026

Issue №1, 2026

Abstract
Due to climate change, crop production in the regions is facing gradual changes in the growing
conditions of previously zoned varieties and crops, as well as the increasing impact of extreme
weather events. Under these conditions, modeling and forecasting of crop productivity in response to
natural and climatic factors has become the urgent research field. This paper presents methodological
aspects of constructing a regression model for crop yields based on these factors, using the data of
Kirov Region. Using Statistica10.0 software, mathematical models have been developed for regional
yields of spring and winter wheat, oats, winter rye, and spring barley. The method used to select model factors is characterized by visual assessment of the specific impact of each factor on yield, and
it is applicable to solving problems of analysis and forecasting using historical regional data series.

CLINICAL, MORPHOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL INDEXES IN THEORGANISM OF CHICKENS-BROILERS IN CASE OFSTAPHILOCOCCOSIS, COMPLICATED BY OPPORTUNISTIC PATHOGENIC MICROFLORA

31.03.2026

Issue №1, 2026

Abstract
Under staphilokokosis, complicated by pseudomonosis, proteosis, in chickens-broilers the
researchers have registered hypoplastical anaemia, neutrophilic leucocitosis with the change of kernel
to the left, increasing of ESR, hyipoproteinemia, hyperglobulinemia, hypercholesterinemia, and the
increased activity of marker enzymes (AlA T, ASAT).

THE MORPHO-BIOCHEMICAL STATUS OF BROILER CHICKENS BLOOD IN CASE OF USING NANOMICROELEMENTS

31.03.2026

Issue №1, 2026

Abstract
The use of nanopowders (metals, minerals) in livestock and poultry feed improves nutrient
absorption, boosts productivity and immunity, and serves as a safe alternative to antibiotics. Due to their high bioavailability, nanoparticles stimulate metabolism, improve product quality, and facilitate
better feed digestion.
The obtained results of the scientific and economic experiment on studying the influence
of biometals in the form of Nanoplant on the morphological and biochemical parameters of the broiler
chickens blood represent another fragment in the picture of the favorable effect of nanomicroelements
on the metabolic processes in the poultry body. The given fact allows us to state the following: when
birds consume, in addition to the main diet, biometals in the form of Nanoplant in the amount
of 0.15 mg per 1 kg of compound feed, the indices of erythro-, leuko- and hematopoiesis significantly
increase by 3.6, 8.0 and 7.3 %, respectively. The authors have noted the tendency to increase
the concentration of total protein and albumin in the blood serum by 6.8 % relative to the control, and
by 3.5 %, respectively; the tendency to a decrease in the concentration of α-globulins by
0.9 percentage points and β-globulins by 1.3 percentage points and an increase in the concentration
of γ-globulins by 1.2 percentage points, the tendency to increase the amount of IgG immunoglobulins
by 1.1 percentage points, which is an indicator of an increase in non-specific resistance of the body.
The authors have noted the reliable increase in the number of total lipids by 9.6 % and phospholipids
by 8.7 % in the blood serum of chickens at 14 days of age and by 27.1 and 31.7 % at 35 days of age.
Thus, the obtained data serve as additional confirmation of the stimulating effect of nanoforms
of microelements on the metabolic profile of poultry.

MEASURES TO COMBAT BACTERIAL FATIGUE IN VETERINARY CLINICS OF LUGANSK CITY

31.03.2026

Issue №1, 2026

Abstract
The authors have established a high degree of bacterial contamination in the reception area
and in the infectious diseases hospital. Pathogenic E. coli, staphylococci, enterococci, streptococci
and fungi of the Aspergillus genus have been isolated. Cephalexin has shown bactericidal properties,
and gentamicin and lincomycin have shown bactericidal properties for Escherichia coli. The defined
isolates of Escherichia and staphylococcus show resistance to a number of antibacterial drugs, which
confirms the phenomenon of “bacterial fatigue” of the environment and reduces the effectiveness of
classical treatment.

ANALYSIS OF ANTIVIRAL ANTIBODY LEVELS IN WILD AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS FROM SMOLENSKOYE POZERYE NATIONAL PARK

31.03.2026

Issue №1, 2026

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the antibodies level to viruses of infectious
rhinotracheitis, viral diarrhea and parainfluenza-3 in farm animals vaccinated with live vaccines from territories in close proximity to the Smolenskoye Poozerie National Park and bison living there. It
was found out that when immunizing cows with live associated vaccines, which include attenuated
viruses of diarrhea, parainfluenza-3, infectious rhinotracheitis, respiratory syncytial virus, the level
of antibodies in calves ranged from 4.8 to 5.5 log2, in cows – from 6.6 to 7.8 log2, the percentage of
protection was mainly from 40 to 100 %. Bison introduced and reintroduced in Smolensk region
developed antibodies to viruses of infectious rhinotracheitis, viral diarrhea, parainfluenza-3 cattle in
fairly high titers. In blood sera from bison of Smolensk region, the titer of antibodies to the infectious
rhinotracheitis virus is 5.5 log2, viral diarrhea is 5.0 log2, parainfluenza-3 is 4.5 log2. This indicates
that during their habitat, the animals had contact with cattle, but although the animals did not get sick,
they remained infected with the above viruses.
